Recommendation for Vietnamese Users: On September 9, 2025, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam issued Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP on the pilot implementation of the digital asset market in Vietnam. The Resolution includes several regulations related to the issuance, trading, offering, and other activities concerning digital assets in Vietnam, applicable to both domestic and foreign investors and organizations operating in Vietnam.

To safeguard user rights, and in parallel with complying with the provisions of the Resolution, Beincom recommends that users temporarily suspend the use of the Staking feature, both on the BIC Wallet and on the website staking.bictoken.global, until further official guidance is provided.
Hello there! 👋
If you’re trading $BIC Tokens on Beincom and suddenly see that the transaction fee (gas fee) is unusually high, don’t worry! Beincom is here to help you understand the reasons and how to handle it for a smoother experience! 🚀
💡 What is a transaction fee?
- Transaction fee (gas fee) is the fee you pay to the blockchain network every time you make transactions like swapping, transferring tokens, staking, etc.
- This fee goes to the blockchain network, not to Beincom!
- You can read a detailed explanation about Transaction Fees (Gas Fees) here.
📈 Why do gas fees get high?
- Gas fees are not fixed!
They are calculated based on the real-time status of the blockchain network when you make a transaction, not by the amount of tokens you swap. - When the blockchain network is busy or there’s a surge in activity, gas fees can spike unexpectedly!
- Sometimes, even if you’re swapping a small amount, if the network is “congested,” the fee can still be high—this is totally normal and not a system error! 🙆♂️
🚨 Beincom’s system keeps you informed
- Beincom always updates gas fees in real time.
- If transaction fees go above the safe threshold, our system will display a warning so you can reconsider before proceeding.
- You can choose to wait and try again later when the network is more stable to save on costs! ⏳
📝 Tips for you
- If you see a high fee warning, don’t rush! Wait a bit and try again when the network is less congested. 🌤️
- Always double-check the gas fee before confirming any transaction to avoid unnecessary costs.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the Beincom Support team or submit a ticket on the Helpdesk. We’re always here to help you! 🤗
